I definitely agree. I feel like there's this misconception people have that being snappy or blunt makes you inherently mean, when... despite his tendency to be outwardly perplexed by others, I would argue that Hinata is one of the nicest of the three protagonists, making an active effort to understand his classmates on their level. Yeah, he's easily frustrated with things he doesn't understand, but it's because of that frustration that he goes out of his way to learn and understand so that he won't be frustrated anymore.
