[Discussion] Random Idea: Angie As A Plural System
So, I wanna create this AU where it's a "V3 is class 79 in a non-despair HPA" but with the twist of "whoops! they're all plural systems!". I do have a couple thoughts/ideas floating around for this AU, but the one I arguebly have the best vision of outside of Korekiyo but we're not talking about him! is Angie being a 2 person system (at least, that I know of rn);
Basically the idea behind this is that Atua/Angie's god is actually her headmate. IIRC Angie mentioned, or at least heavily implied to have become the prophet of her community at a very young age. I don't think its ever stated when or how. But I imagine it must've been a very stressful thing for her, even if she seems to have accepted this fact about her life. My thought is that at some point after becoming prophet, her brain develped a 2nd identity to be the God that people are looking for in her. This wouldn't change too much about canon IMO, because Angie already describes her doing art as her essentially getting possessed by her God. I'm not saying this to say her headmate has the actual skills, but perhaps Angie struggles with creativity & her headmate gives her the ideas / visions of what could be.
Would this headmate (who'll I'll refer to as Autumn) be aware they're not God? Originally I had thought not. That they're aware of it & is hidding this fact from Angie. But now I wonder if they have deluded themselves into believing they're God, or at least the actual prophet? I'm getting intriged by this idea, so for now I'll go this route. Besides it's not impossible for that to happen if everyone around them is convined that they are (including their headmate).
My thought for a story/arc around them is that Autumn eiter admits to, or now realizes, that they're not God, at least not in the way Angie & her community thought so. And basically they and Angie have to deal not only with a falling out between them, but also the fear of what their community would think. If family would be another stressor depends on what the OCs I create to be like. But either way both these guys would have an identity crisis.
